Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Return

Contact us at info@gradeafrica.com to initiate a return. You'll receive instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Limited Edition Items

All sales on limited edition drops are final unless the item is defective.
